Children's Entry
Children 24 months (2 years) and older are required to have a ticket in order to gain entry to Philips Arena. Children under 24 months (2 years) may enter without tickets provided they sit in a guardian's lap and do not require their own seat.

Concessions
Hawk Walk is Philips Arena's indoor street that connects the venue with MARTA, CNN Center and the Georgia World Congress Center. The street includes a food court that has a diverse selection of food and beverages items including grilled sandwiches, barbecue sandwiches, pizza and much more.

We ask that all guests remember that NO outside food or beverages, coolers, bottles, cans or thermoses be brought into Philips Arena.

Disabled Guests Services
For guests with special needs, Philips Arena provides a Guests Service Representative at all events. These representatives will help guests to their seats, get refreshments and assist them with whatever else they may require.
Assisted Listening Devices are provided free of charge. A driver's license or credit card will be held as a security deposit. Interested parties should see a Guest Services Representative at their nearest Guest Services / Concierge desk for details. Philips Arena will make every effort to provide sign interpreters to guests with hearing disabilities upon request. We ask 30 days notice for such services.
Seating for the visually/hearing impaired is available on the lower level. Wheelchair/physically challenged seating is available throughout the arena in various price categories. Tickets can be purchased via Ticketmaster or at the arena box office, by specifically requesting disabled seating.
There are accessible parking spaces on-site.

Guests who are
disruptive to the event presentation, performance or game.
Abusive or foul language and obscene
gestures directed toward other guests, arena employees, players,
coaches and officials.
Clothing containing offensive language
or indecent graphics.
Intoxicated or drug impaired guests.
Banners or signs that obstruct the view
of guests, obscure advertising or impede the operation of Philips
Arena, contain objectionable subject matter or are commercial in
nature. Philips Arena reserves the right to remove any banner at any

Smoking, except in designated areas

Thrown objects, either within the

Food or beverages may not be brought into Philips Arena. Concession stands located throughout the area have a diverse selection of food, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Georgia state law prohibits the sale of alcohol to persons under the age of 21.

Gates Open / Doors Open
Gates will open one hour prior to game time for Atlanta Dream games. Gate opening times may vary if a game is rescheduled.
Giveaways.
Gain maximum game night exposure by providing giveaway items containing your corporate logo to fans attending a Dream game. Examples of giveaway items are Bobblehead dolls, Team Jerseys, Caps, Basketballs, Trading Cards, Screen Savers, etc.

Hours
The doors to Philips Arena will open one hour prior to tip-off during the 2008 season unless otherwise noted.
The Dream's normal business / office hours are Monday - Friday 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM EST.

Merchandise
Dream merchandise can be purchased in front of the Team Gear store located across from the CNN Center entrance. Dream merchandise is not sold within Team Gear, however there is a merchandising booth located in front of both Team Gear and Team Gear II. Dream merchandise can be purchased at all Dream home games at Philips Arena, the WNBA Store or AtlantaDreamStore.com.
Note that Team Gear and Team Gear II are NOT open during Atlanta Dream home games (Hawks / Thrashers merchandise), however Team Gear II is open during non-game hours. Team Gear II is open during the day, Monday - Saturday from 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM. On event days, Team Gear II will be open until 3:00 PM. You may enter the store through our entrance off of International Drive across from the Georgia World Congress Center.

Parking is available in various lots around the arena including Centennial Garage located on Centennial Olympic Park Drive across from the arena. Additional parking is available in the Philips Arena lot on Park Avenue West (formerly Foundry Street). To access this lot, take Marietta Street southbound (right off of Marietta St). Make a left turn left onto Park Avenue West. At the fork, bear to the right and proceed ahead. The Philips Arena / Alright Lot is located on the left. This lot will accommodate buses and large vans. This area is also known as "The Gulch" or "Gulch Parking"

Security/Crowd Management
The Philips Arena security staff provides maximum protection for the facility, guests, and performers. Twenty-four hour coverage is provided through indoor/outdoor cameras/monitors, electric entrance/exit sensors and outdoor lighting.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is not allowed inside Philips Arena. However, there are designated smoking areas located outside the arena.

Dream Cheer Team / Shooting Stars
The Shooting Stars are a diverse group of cheerleaders and dancers, who perform at all Atlanta Dream home games throughout the season. Selected by a panel of judges in April 2008, the Shooting Stars are composed of females and males, combining years of professional cheer and dance experience with an eclectic mix of styles. In addition to providing the on-court entertainment, the Shooting Stars also make an impact off the court, serving as community ambassadors in the Atlanta area.
The inaugural Shooting Stars squad will be led by coordinator Brandi Nunnally. Brandi brings nine years of dance and cheer experience to the program and has cheered professionally with the Atlanta Falcons of the NFL and the Georgia Force of the Arena Football League. In college, she served as the captain of the nationally ranked Division II Carson-Newman College squad and was awarded the team’s 100% Award. Brandi also brings 8 years of coaching experience to the Shooting Stars, having coached all-star cheerleading gymnastics and competitive cheerleading.

Hotels

Hours
The doors to Philips Arena will open one hour prior to tip-off during the 2008 season unless otherwise noted.
The Dream's normal business / office hours are Monday - Friday 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM EST.

Merchandise
Dream merchandise can be purchased in front of the Team Gear store located across from the CNN Center entrance. Dream merchandise is not sold within Team Gear, however there is a merchandising booth located in front of both Team Gear and Team Gear II. Dream merchandise can be purchased at all Dream home games at Philips Arena, the WNBA Store or AtlantaDreamStore.com.
Note that Team Gear and Team Gear II are NOT open during Atlanta Dream home games (Hawks / Thrashers merchandise), however Team Gear II is open during non-game hours. Team Gear II is open during the day, Monday - Saturday from 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM. On event days, Team Gear II will be open until 3:00 PM. You may enter the store through our entrance off of International Drive across from the Georgia World Congress Center.

Parking
Parking is available in various lots around the arena including Centennial Garage located on Centennial Olympic Park Drive across from the arena. Additional parking is available in the Philips Arena lot on Park Avenue West (formerly Foundry Street). To access this lot, take Marietta Street southbound (right off of Marietta St). Make a left turn left onto Park Avenue West. At the fork, bear to the right and proceed ahead. The Philips Arena / Alright Lot is located on the left. This lot will accommodate buses and large vans. This area is also known as "The Gulch" or "Gulch Parking"

Physically Challenged Guest Services
For guests with special needs, Philips Arena provides Guest Service Representatives at all events. These representatives will help guests to their seats and provide whatever additional assistance they may require. Please contact one of these team members at the Guest Sales and Service Center located across from Portal 9 should your require assistance.
Premium Seating
Experience all the action of Dream Basketball in an upscale environment with first-class services including food / beverage by Levy Restaurants and the Buckhead Life Restaurant Group with Philips Arena Premium Seating. Premium Seat Holders receive exclusive amenities including reserved parking, invitations to autograph sessions with the teams, private parties and much more. Prohibited Items
For the comfort and safety of all guests, the following items are not permitted to enter into the arena:
While baby strollers are prohibited in the general seating area, if you enter the arena with a stroller, you may store it inside the Philips Arena Guest Sales and Service Center located across from Portal 9. Baby diaper bags containing diapers may also enter the arena when accompanied by a baby.

Security/Crowd Management
The Philips Arena security staff provides maximum protection for the facility, guests, and performers. Twenty-four hour coverage is provided through indoor/outdoor cameras/monitors, electric entrance/exit sensors and outdoor lighting.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is not allowed inside Philips Arena. However, there are designated smoking areas located outside the arena.

Wheerchair
Wheelchair/Mobility Impaired locations/spaces for guests with disabilities are located on the lower and service levels of the arena. Disabled seating is available for all events in all price levels at the Philips Arena. Tickets can be purchased via Ticketmaster or at the arena box office by specifically requesng disabled seating.
