The following invoice is for the 2008 WNBA Playoffs, which consists of three (3) rounds and a maximum of seven (7) home games. Please note that there has been no price increase for the playoffs this year – your playoff tickets are the same price as your regular season subscription tickets. We have included the window of dates for each full playoff round to give you the best idea of when the games will take place. Exact dates and times of the Liberty home playoff games will be published on-line at nyliberty.com as soon as they are confirmed.

The first two rounds of the playoffs are a best-of-three game series. The team with the better regular season record will host the 2nd game and, if necessary, the 3rd game of each series.  In the event the Liberty does not have the home court advantage for the Eastern Conference Semi-Finals or the Eastern Conference Finals, a maximum of one ticket would be used for each of these rounds.  The WNBA Finals is a best of five series.

Tickets for games not played in a given round WILL NOT be honored for the next round.  Unplayed games will automatically be credited to the next playoff round if paid for under the Pay-by-Round playoff plan, credited to your account after the playoffs are completed or processed as a direct refund, in the same manner in which the tickets were paid for, after the playoffs are completed.  In order to purchase your subscription seats for the playoffs, they must be secured as a unit for seven (7) games, not as individual games.

PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS

PAY-BY-ROUND PLAYOFF PLAN

Only subscribers paying by credit card only may take advantage of the subscriber-friendly Pay by Round playoff plan.

• Payment for Round 1 must be received no later than Friday, August 29, 2008.
• Pay for only the first round of the playoffs and you will receive your tickets for all three rounds.  Subsequent round(s) will automatically be charged to your credit card as the Liberty advance through the playoffs.
• Any amount paid for tickets to games which were not played in a given round, will automatically be applied to your payment for the following round when the Liberty advances.
• Additional round(s) charged will reflect only the updated maximum number of potential home games.  If the Liberty advance but do not have home court advantage in the following round, you will only be charged for the maximum of either one or two games applicable for that round.
• Participants in the Pay-by-Round Playoff Plan must provide a credit card that will remain valid through 10/08.
• Multiple cards will not be accepted and cards may not be changed once submitted.
• Payments may be made in person at the MSG Box Office, by mail, by fax to 212-465-6075 or on-line at nyliberty.com through Account Manager.

TO RECEIVE YOUR TICKETS

You have the option of having your tickets sent to the address listed on your subscription account for a $15.00 shipping fee or you may elect to pick your tickets up at the Madison Square Garden Box Office. Please check the appropriate box under Payment and Shipping Information on your invoice .

SHIPPING  FEE

• Tickets will be sent to the address listed on your subscription account beginning on or about September 11, 2008. If you do not receive your tickets by September 15, please contact the Season Subscription Department at (212) 465-6050 or (212) 465-6073.
• Someone must be available to accept delivery of your tickets.

TICKETS HELD AT BOX OFFICE

• Tickets may be obtained from the Madison Square Garden Box Office beginning September 12, 2008 .
• Only the Subscriber whose name appears on the enclosed invoice may obtain tickets from the Madison Square Garden Box Office. No one else may pick up your tickets . The invoice and two forms of identification are required (including picture I.D.) in order to pick up tickets.

REFUND INFORMATION

• At the conclusion of the playoffs, refunds for game(s) not played will automatically be credited to your subscription account and applied towards next season’s tickets unless you specifically request a direct refund by checking the appropriate box on your invoice.
• Direct refunds will be processed in the same manner in which they were paid, i.e., credit for credit card, check for check or money order.  Credit card refunds will be issued to the card(s) originally charged and check refunds will be issued to the subscriber of record.
• There will be no cash refunds for games not played regardless of the method of payment.
• You will receive your refund within three weeks after the completion of the last Liberty playoff game.
• Tickets for games not played DO NOT have to be returned.

Playoff dates will be released to the media as soon as they are determined.

PLEASE NOTE: Your payment for one round or all three rounds must be received by Friday, August 29, 2008, otherwise your tickets will be released for public sale.  If you elect not to purchase your tickets for the playoffs, you still maintain the right to renew your subscription tickets for the 2008 WNBA season, subject to the standard terms and conditions of your subscription .
