The Liberty's youngest squad in franchise history broke numerous team records in its June 22nd 105-72 victory over the defending WNBA champion Mercury at The Garden and saved its place in WNBA history in the process. Not only were new records made, but New York improved its all-time record to 12-1 when playing the role of host to Phoenix. The following is a breakdown of numbers for that now historic game.

105	Set a franchise record for the most points ever recorded overall and at Madison Square Garden. Rookie forward Erlana Larkins netted the 100th point basket with 2:18 remaining in the fourth quarter.
62	Set a WNBA record for most points from the bench, led by Tiffany Jackson with 21, Ashley Battle with 17 and Lisa Willis with 10.
46	Set an all-time franchise record overall and at The Garden for total rebounds.
38	Set an all-time franchise record for most field goals made at The Garden.
36	Set an all-time franchise record for defensive rebounds overall and at MSG.
