Liberty fans, do you have a song that you would like played at an upcoming Liberty game? Well, here is your chance! Liberty fans now have the opportunity to suggest songs to be played during breaks in the action. For all upcoming games, nyliberty.com will randomly select one song from the online submissions, and play it at a Liberty game in "The World's Most Famous Arena"!

In order to enter a song suggestion in the Sounds of the Game Song Suggestion promotion (the "Promotion"), you must agree to the following terms and conditions:*
I hereby represent and warrant that 1) I understand that the Promotion will involve the possible placement of the song I am submitting (the "Song Suggestion") on the Liberty website at www.nyliberty.com, an ungated, universally accessible website during all or any portion of the period from the date I submit it until December 31, 2008; 2) I understand that the Liberty may choose, in the Liberty sole discretion, to post my Song Suggestion on the Liberty website and /or use my Song Suggestion at the Madison Square Garden Sports and Entertainment Complex during Liberty games; 6) I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless the Liberty, Madison Square Garden, L.P., the WNBA and its teams and all of their respective affiliates, partners, parents, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents (the "Releasees") from all liability, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind to persons, including death, or property, resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly from the Song Suggestion during the Promotion; 7) I hereby agree to indemnify the Releasees from any claims, damages, fees, fines or expenses arising due to the Liberty use or exploitation of the Song Suggestion in connection with the Promotion.
