2. Sweepstakes open to individuals residing within 75 miles of US Airways Center, who have a child between the ages of 11 and 15 years of age, except employees and immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) of Bank of America, the Phoenix Mercury Basketball, L.L.C, L.L.C. (d/b/a Phoenix Mercury ), the WNBA and its Member Teams, NBA Properties, Inc, and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, owners, employees and agents.

To enter, visit phoenixmercury.com starting May 1, 2008, and fill out the online registration form, or send a 3x5 postcard with your name, child’s name and age, mailing address, e-mail and phone number to: Bank of America Ball Kid Sweepstakes, phoenix mercury.com, 201 E. Jefferson Street, Phoenix, AZ, 85004. Entries must be received by September 1, 2008. Limit one (1) entry per child per day. Winners will be chosen from random drawings and winners will be notified by phone a minimum of one (1) week prior to each home game during the promotional period. In the event the winner cannot be contacted within 48 hours or declines the prize an alternate winner will be drawn at random.

4. Thirty-four (34) winners will be chosen, two (2) per home game between May 1, 2008 – September 1, 2008. Each winner will receive four (4) tickets to a Phoenix Mercury home game, at which the winner’s child will be a Phoenix Mercury Bank of America Ball Kid, receive a Mercury Ball Kid T-shirt, the child’s photo with a player and a seat on the baseline to watch the game.

5. Winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes and any expenses associated with the game, unless otherwise indicated. No substitution, cash equivalent or transfer of prize permitted except at the team’s option for a prize of comparable or greater value.

6. Approximate retail value of prize(s) are: $250.

7. Chances of winning depend on the number of valid entries received.

By entering, entrant agrees to follow these Official Rules and hold harmless and indemnify Bank of America, Phoenix Mercury Basketball, L.L.C, L.L.C, the Women’s National Basketball Association and its Member Teams, NBA Properties, Inc., Phoenix Arena Development Limited Partnership, Sports & Entertainment Services, LLC, the City of Phoenix, and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents against any and all liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described), with respect to or arising out of either (i) entrant’s participation; or (ii) the receipt or use of the prizes awarded in the promotion.

The Phoenix Mercury reserve the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, terminate, or suspend this sweepstakes should viruses, bugs, unauthorized human intervention or other causes beyond the Phoenix Mercury ' control corrupt or impair the administration, security or fairness of the sweepstakes. The Phoenix Mercury is not responsible for any human error that may occur in the processing of the entries, nor is it responsible for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries, whether caused by the sender or any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this sweepstakes. The Phoenix Mercury reserve the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual found to have tampered with the entry process or the operation of the sweepstakes or web site; to have acted in violation of these rules; or to have acted in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or similar entry methods will void all such entries submitted by such methods. In the event of a dispute as to entries submitted by multiple users having the same e-mail account, the authorized subscriber of the e-mail account used to enter the sweepstakes at the actual time of entry will be deemed to be the participant and must comply with these rules. The authorized account subscriber is deemed to be the natural person who is assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domains associated with the submitted e-mail addresses.
