Frank Hanrahan begins his second season calling the play-by-play for the Washington Mystics. A Washington, D.C. native, Frank loves the game of basketball and the energy and excitement he has for the game comes across in his description of the action.

When not doing the play-by-play for the Mystics, Frank is the afternoon sports anchor at Sportstalk 980. Frank has also hosted many shows on Sportstalk 980, including "Redskins Overtime," " Wizards Wrap Up Show," and "Caps Center Ice." Frank has also been a contributor to NBA TV's "Court Reporters" and "Washington Post Live" on Comcast SportsNet.

In his spare time, Frank tries to stay in shape by playing basketball and by running. In fact, one of his great moments in sports was completing the National Marathon last March.

His proudest moment in life though, was getting married in December. Frank and his wife Dyani reside in northeast D.C.
