The Shock used a 12-0 run to blow open a close game midway through the first half and cruise to its third win in a row. Detroit held Cleveland to 34.5 percent shooting from the field and held a double-digit lead through the entire second half. On the offensive end of the floor, Detroit knocked down 47.8 percent of its own shots as Cindy Brown’s 14 points led four Shock players in double figures.

Detroit’s bench scored 31 points on the night led by Korie Hlede’s 13. The win evened the Shock’s record at 8-8.
