Auburn Hills– Indiana could not stop the Detroit Shock from winning its seventh game in a row. This win streak is the longest win streak in team history. Down one at halftime, the Shock went on an 11-0 run starting at the 18:23 mark in the second half to take a 43-45 lead. Indiana tied the game 52-all at the 7:41 mark and never lead the rest of the way Detroit rattled off eight unanswered points to take a 61-53 lead with 1:14 left in the game. Indiana’s Natalie Williams double-double (14 pts, 11 Rebs) and Tamika Catchings 17 points led the way for Indiana who couldn’t stop the Shock despite leading at the half. The Shock’s Deanna Nolan hit a career high in points and along with Swin Cash (21 points a piece) paved the way to a win.
