Auburn Hills – The Shock outscored Miami 48-24 in the second half to turn a six-point halftime lead into a 30-point runaway victory getting Detroit back to the .500 mark. It was the second largest margin of victory in team history. Wendy Palmer’s 15 points led a balanced Shock offense that saw all 11 players dent the scoring column. Detroit’s reserves nearly outscored Miami by themselves, pouring in 46 points and connecting on 16 of 25 shooting. Katrina Colleton led the Sol with 11 points.
