The Chicago Sky is asked to support many agencies and fund-raisers throughout the year. We understand that these events are an important activity for charitable groups that raise considerable amounts of money by auctioning off autographed memorabilia and merchandise. We are happy to accommodate as many charitable groups as possible and ask that you follow these guidelines:
The Chicago Sky will consider requests for charitable organizations with priority given to those in the Chicago area, including Northwest Indiana, and the state of Illinois. Please mail all donations requests on organizational letterhead at least 6 to 8 weeks prior to the scheduled date. The request must include:
Description/mission of the organization/event
Specific and detailed description of what you are requesting from the Chicago Sky
Event purpose
Event date, time and location
How the item(s) will be used (raffle, door prize, auction, giveaways)
What/who proceeds will benefit
Include Federal Tax ID number or 501 c3 number if applicable

Also, we will include a form for you to fill out and return to us stating how the item was used and how much money it raised.
We will try to honor all requests. However, due to the heavy volume we expect, we will limit donations to one per calendar year.
