The Los Angeles Sparks hosted a pep rally to kick off the 2005 season on Saturday May 14, 2005 at Universal CityWalk from 2:00-4:00pm. The Sparkids, the Sparks official dance team, kicked off the event with their very first performance of the season. The entire team and coaching staff were on hand to pump up the crowd for the upcoming season and sign autographs. The Sparks sport court was also available for a continuous shooting contest where each contestant took home a Sparks crazy wig!
